My family consist of me (Carol) my husband James and our four children Amy (20/06/01) and James (18/01/03) Kirsty (22/05/08) Abbie (12/11/09). We have three dogs Jock, Belle & Butch and two guinea pigs who all live outside and are very child friendly.

Speyplay started in 2004. Myself and my sister Sarah decided to work together as child minders as we both very much enjoy working with children.

We felt that by working together we could provide a reliable and flexible service for working parents.

Sarah has since left Speyplay to start her own family and still pops in from time to time.

We now have 2 full time members of staff. Gayle Grant and Eilidh Park

Myself and Gayle have achieved a HNC in Childcare and Education and Eilidh has an NC in Childcare. We have all been through the Disclosure Scotland process.

We continually attend new training and keep our First Aid training up to date.
